"Hands down the best experience I've had. So I was about to give up on Blundstones, I ordered a 4.5, they didn't seem to work, sized up to a 5 and they were too big, but when I went to return the shoes, Max asked if I wanted to give the 4.5 another shot. I declined but he persisted in the friendliest way and I am so glad that I gave in :) I ended up going to a lesser sole option and they've become the best fit ever. I loved the look of the shoe and was so sad to think that I couldn't be a Blundstone customer. Max is the reason I've become a Blundstone customer for life. The customer service was the best."

"I recently visited Blundstone, attracted by their reputation, but the experience left much to be desired. The store was beautiful, yet the women’s selection was surprisingly limited. What was more disconcerting was the customer service - or lack thereof. Despite my efforts to get assistance, I was blatantly ignored, while male customers seemed to receive immediate attention. This was quite frustrating, especially in 2024. As a result, I’ve decided to give Thursday Boot Co. a try instead, hoping for a better range of options and more inclusive customer service."

"Great experience in the store today. Bryan was there to greet my friend and I, and he is a delight to talk to! I brought in a pair of old blundstones that were beyond repair. I hoped they were able to take them to recycle the parts, and the company does have a recycle program! I would definitely stop in the store again when I need my next pair! Or just say hi!
