"I have a rental property and was informed by the HOA that I needed to build a fence to screen the garbage cans. I contacted Ole’ Town Services and talked to Ruben. He couldn’t build the fence at the time, but said by he could help me get quotes. He contacted other contractors and met them at my house to get bids, reviewed the bids and gave me his recommendation. I agreed with his recommendation and asked if he could be my project manager and coordinate with the other contractor. He did a great job and I never had to worry about what was going on as the fence was built. I’m in Washington and it felt good to know I had someone locally looking after my interests. Once the fence was built he said he could paint it. I gave him the HardiePlank color and he did the rest. He always kept me informed and I never had to ask him for an update. If I ever need anything else down on my property, Ole’ Town Services will be my first call. I would highly recommend them!"
