"Kenny, the owner, is a decent guy and did a great job on my car! It looks brand new again, and he even took it to the car wash before giving it back to me. He replaced the front bumper and the left front fender after my car got sideswiped. Had to work the color into the rest of the car gradually so it didn't look unmatched. Then he touched up all the little dings all over the car and, as a bonus, got off the tar splotches that got on there when they redid the road next to a parking lot one time. He advised me on how to handle the insurance provider, was super friendly, and handled my car when it was convenient for ME, which was when I was out of town and couldn't deal with alternate side parking anyway. Five stars to Sudden Impact! My insurance covered his estimate without a second glance, so I assume it was reasonable and ordinary."
