"This practice is far more concerned with collecting payment than setting up appointments or providing care."
"Excellent administration. Easy scheduling. Dr. Williams has put me at ease quickly and mapped out a plan to help me. That’s what good care looks like."
"Can’t get you’re RX’s refilled! Seriously you keep my credit card on file and charge me (and no you stopped “courtesy” filing my commercial insurance through my employer) $160 for an appointment that’s less than 15 minutes……. Called on call physician Friday afternoon at 12:38 in the afternoon left a very detailed message of the RX I was in need of, no call back."
"I have been a patient of Raleigh Psych since 2008. I see Dr.Philip Hillsman, he has gotten me through the good & the bad. He is wonderful & I can honestly say I love him for helping me navigate all these years. In 2013 my husband became a patient of Dr. Frank Castlebury Ph.D.after a horrific illness. Dr.Castlebury is wonderful, caring, compassionate & sincerely cares deeply about his patients Once they established their relationship we added Dr.James E. Bellard into the mix because as a psychiatrist he can administer medications which we needed to get my husband on. Dr. Bellard is a great guy, straight forward and he also has a way that makes you feel you're the only patient he has. Most recently we began seeing Dr.Cordle who provides TMS Services. So far he too has been wonderful. I can't say enough about the staff either. Jill, the Office Manager is phenomenal. She gets it done! Professional, polite, genuine. I can't say enough good things about her. Jennifer, Jean & Denise are all wonderful at what they do Anything we need is handled and I don't have to worry.. There are many other Dr.s in this practice but our 4 and their Administrative Assistance is hands down the best! Highly recommend to call today Help is there!"
"First mistake! Telling someone with a disability that they didn’t see people that were under a particular age, which means they don’t treat people with a disability that use this insurance! When asked if another form of payment could be used; “no!” Meanwhile, media outlets are being flooded about how important it is to seek mental health, and the national suicide rate is higher than ever, with many experts stating the reason as lack of access to mental health! This is a situation where the utmost level of compassion must be used, one must know how to communicate with people seeking help, and most importantly you don’t send someone away, ever, with the feeling that there was no one out there that can actually help! This is exactly what these people did without so much as a fragment of consideration about what they would do in this situation! Did I mention how extremely illegal discrimination is also, and to have the nerve to directly come out and say someone is the wrong age to use the insurance they have, and that they don’t see people with disabilities? Clearly this is a spiraling greed machine that’s probably bitten off more then they can chew! I mean search “is it legal for a doctor to discriminate,” and notice the abundance of lawyers that pop up! Lawyers are also greedy, and if they don’t believe they will make money from a particular matter then they aren’t interested, but when they know a law is broken and that what was done was highly illegal lawyers are more than happy to offer their services! That’s exactly why so many law ads came up! All I can wonder is if they even realize how awful of a mistake they have made, or if as soon as the “disability” remark was made the person that said it realized that what just carelessly came out of their mouth will, without a doubt, come back to haunt them! It should be noted that paranoia is a part of mental illness and people with paranoia often do unusual things like record all their phone calls because the first time something like this happened a lesson was learned and a promise made to NEVER allow it to happen again!"
