"She’s a very nice lady , she’s good with small or medium braids. Large braids…. the parts never sit well with me. Some are uneven, different shapes and look weird. Some braids are not even in the middle of the box, they sit near the actual part. I need Someone to pay attention to detail especially in the front of my head when paying 160 for large braids. This will probably be my last visit unfortunately."

"Had my hair braided in medium knotless braids and when I got home to get a closer look I realized my hair was sticking out the braids. I contacted her and she stated she was on vacation and will contact me when she returned. She never did and when I reached out to her she was mad because I did and started becoming defensive about what I told her about my hair. Starting rambling about her life and feelings as if she was having a mental breakdown. Meanwhile my hair waS horrible and I paid for braids that I had to taKe out immediately. She wouldn't redo my hair or refund me. Infact she blocked me. I wi got my hair done for vacation and it was money down the drain and almost ruined my vacation pictures. Thank good my hair is naturally curly because I would've been a hotter mess."
"I will not go anywhere else. She is the best and she is the only one doing your hair. She is the best."
"I took my braids out after one week! I spent $140 on box braids and purchased Xpression pre streched hair for my appointment - 4 packs. The owner herself seems to be a nice woman but she was not the person that did my hair. She called someone else. My braids WERE SO TIGHT despite the fact that I specifically told her NOT TO MAKE IT TOO TIGHT, especially around my edges. I had to take multiple ibuprofen pills just to get some relief... mind you this is not my 1st time getting braids. Over the course of a week, my scalp got severely dry and itchy despite using products like Sulfur 8 to reduce the discomfort. Exactly 7 days later, I took out the hair. My edges had thinned dramatically and there were bumps. Very disappointed."
