"I have never been terminated from seeing a doctor!! I believe the office got upset because I told them for me to get forms filled out was too expensive $189 is too expensive for me to get my Doctor Who is supposed to care about me to fill out forms! I paid the 189 once, but then when they want it again, other forms filled out, he wanted to charge me even more money. I said something about it and my statement was Dr. Shukla seemed like he was more about the money instead of my care. And it seem like his attitude changed towards me when I declined the TMS. That is a scary thing for me, magnets, and all this other stuff messing with my brain I don’t want that. And Angela she was so rude the reception at the front desk. Her tone on the phone came across so unprofessional. Let me know what dates you have available for the appointment instead of asking me when do I want our appointment and then you tell me they’re not available the dates I’m choosing it’s not available. My phone was acting up and since you’re just doing videos for appointments, so it was hard for me to login to get to my appointment. You tell me oh I’m not gonna charge you for that because you made the appointment for the next day and he will never know, and then when my phone acts up again, you like O I’m gonna have to charge you for the last appointment too that you missed contradicting yourself. In one breath you like oh I’m trying to help you when the whole time you’ve been rude the way that you talk to people on the phone Unprofessional. But I guess since the doctor is unprofessional, he had to get up, unprofessional receptionist, send me a letter in the mail instead of telling me when I was talking to you, that the doctor wasn’t going to see me no more because of questions I had."

"I am glad that I didn't take all the negative reviews into consideration before I contacted Dr. Vic Shukla. When I lived in SC I went to him in his Gastonia, NC office. He was direct, which I appreciate. I had treatment resistant depression and had all kinds of treatment to no avail. He had been approved to use the new nasal spray esketamine (Spravato) and treated me with the new product. He was always kind and concerned as was his staff, Angela and Dani. I highly recommend Dr. Vic Shukla for any mental health issues one may have."

"Horrible doctor that always thinks that you are there to use him to get drugs to abuse or sell and refuses to accurately listen to your problems and offer actual advice that wont get you into trouble, refuses to refill medication unless you come in and show him that you out regardless of its been 30 days or not. Not patient friendly and only wants your money and not to help you. Highly dont recommend. The receptionist is very rude when you ask for a refill and wants to say ok while smacking her lips with an attitude. This "establishment" is highly disrespect."

"I'm not usually one to write bad reviews, but this place warrants it!! This office is terrible!! If you make an appointment, please be sure you have several hours of wait time blocked off. We waited for 2 1/2 hours AFTER our appointment time one afternoon!! The receptionist is extremely RUDE and UNFRIENDLY to everyone!! She seems like a very bitter hateful woman. The doctor doesn't take the time to listen to your needs. He's paranoid that everyone coming to see him is abusing something. And he also seems like he's just in a hurry to get you out of the office...I know, seems contradictory to the waiting times. We just had a terrible experience here and wouldn't recommend him to anyone, ever!"
