"Felt like I needed to write a review since there aren't any very recent ones. I don't know how things were before, but you are allowed to go back with your child. The rooms are small, so they request only 1 parent accompany their child. Obviously if you have multiple children with you, the room isn't big enough to bring them all, and therefore you may have to wait in the lobby, but I was able to bring my 1 year old back with me during my 6 year old's appointment. The staff were very friendly, and we were taken back within 5 minutes of his appointment time. Whatever problems they had in the past, it seems like they have fixed them."

"I would give zero if I could. They blatantly lied in my face . Telling me they provide an appointment time at 12, when they could've been honest and said the provider had an emergency and left for the day. My daughter had an appointment at 2 but told me it was at 12. (This is a lie!) How do I know because I cancel other appointments to ensure I will make this being that my daughter was in pain. I'm speechless lack of communication. And it's your word against their. Which is unethical. Go somewhere else dont waste your time with this establishment. I would have few choice words but they aren't worth the wrath I feel for wasting my time."

"I am currently here now. It was all good at first when we arrived. But when they assist to take my daughter in the back without me. Was a red flag for me. She is 5 yrs old. A child who takes a child in the back without the parent if it's not a major surgery of that sorr"

"I loved going to this dentistry until I became an adult and they referred me to their sister company. I’ve been calling since the beginning of march to set up an appointment and they told me call back first week of April, I called today April the 3rd just for them to tell me I need to call Next week !!"

"Front desk staff are rude and not friendly. I was told you can’t go back with your child if they are 3 and up. Um no ma’am that’s not going to happen. I don’t trust anyone! Especially when my child will be sedated. Also I was told after my son’s visit that I had to pay $50 “just in case there was a copay” or “my insurance didn’t pay for everything” I said excuse me? I have really good insurance and there shouldn’t be large copay. I told them to bill me."
