"Worst customer service experience. My husband and I had car insurance policy for multiple vehicles for over a year with this company. We recently moved and updated our address with them; the price for insurance was ridiculously high and we decided to look for better options. We found a better deal and we notified this company- first the lady was extremely rude to my husband saying that we needed to cancel the policy 10 days before the new one starts, he kindly asked if there was a cancellation fee, his question was ignored and was told to call again in 10 days. When we called it ended up being on a Saturday and another representative told us to call during the week. When we call on a Tuesday the same rude lady told my husband he needed to pay a cancellation fee over $400.00 if not paid they will file him to a collection company. We received the bill several days ago - I called today to make the payment and I was told after the payment that my husband was already filled to a collection company without being a month of us canceling the policy. Very unprofessional, rude and lack of respect are this new hope insurance company."
