"It was our first time trying samoon and it was delicious! I think it was the freshest bread I’ve ever had- practically straight out of the oven. We dipped the bread in both hummus and labneh (similar to cream cheese). We also tried the baklava which was great. The store is welcoming to people of all backgrounds! They accept credit cards ($5 minimum purchase) and had Apple Pay."

"I’ve been shopping here for years and absolutely LOVE their freshly baked bread Iraqi samoon bread. If you love bread, then you’ve GOT to give this a try. It is so fluffy and delicious!! I love buying thing in the grocery section to compliment it like a creamy labneh. Their bread is also a nice break from the norm if you make sandwiches. Just slice the bread open like you would do with pita bread and insert your preferred deli meats, cheeses, and/or condiments. It’s heaven in your mouth."
