"Checked out the Cha House a while ago through a Yelp event and was planning to go back at some point as I really liked it! And I see why I did, Cha House's menu and service are great! I was a little overwhelmed by the number of options but was able to narrow it down to their cold teas. The strawberry sounded lovely, so I went with that! I like that there is an option to select the amount of sugar and ice. I went with 25% sugar and light ice and it was delicious! With less sugar, it still had a ton of flavor. When it was brought out to me, it came with such a sweet smile and greeting from the staff. It really made my day. Add to this the cool music and chill atmosphere. This is a great place to meet up with friends or read a book on your own. I will be back!"

"Always on point. The Cary staff members are so friendly, and they always make the drinks perfect. The seasonal offerings add nice variety, but the core menu itself has multiple excellent options for customization. I appreciate that the staff can customize the sweetness level, and the balance between creaminess/strength of tea is great. Cha House is one of my favorite boba spots due to the availability of great snacks here too. My partner and I love hanging out here before heading to the other stores in the area for errands."

It is also an incredibly beautiful, clean, and new place that also has very good people watching opportunities and seems to be the place to be on the weekends."

"Huge selection of drinks. I ordered a drink with 25 percent sweetness. They have two size options. I would rather prefer 50 percent next time. Well decorated. This complex has my favorite places to go. Barnes and nobles, Trader Joe's, city barbeque etc. Overall not a bad place. I don't think you will go wrong here."
