"Obviously it's hard to mess up the food. However, 25+ wait times for 2 sausage burritos, a hash brown, and ice coffee is completely unacceptable. Workers there are more incompetent than your worst DMV experience. The franchise owners need to evaluate how this location operates. I can clearly see on the screen that it's one of your worst performing stores. Please avoid this location."

"Had a coupon for a $6 Big Mac meal. Get home to find out they charged me $17. I hate this location. Absolutely the worst at getting orders correct. Happens almost everytime. The one time I don't get a receipt find out they've screwed up yet again."

"Went thru drive thru with a code . Get in line one car in front of me waited 8 minutes then get to the window only to find out by one of the staff they gave part of my order to the person in front of me. We ordered 2 happy meals one with nuggets one burger.plus an extra fries with each. No ranch dip with the nuggets and the burger was supposed to be plain and it had everything on it. No extra fries were with either meal. WOW ."

"The food, workers, and restaurant are all amazing and deserve 4-5 stars. But, the management is horrible. I usually come here after work around 9:30-10 (I order through mobile) and the drive through always takes a long time, today took around 30 minutes just waiting on the food. There were only 2 people working, but many costumers in line (Many left and canceled their orders). If there were more employees, this place would have better rating but unfortunately not."

"Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and anything else owned by this franchisee.. I typically do not eat at McDonalds and this store further lowered my expectations of a what a McDonald’s experience is like. Most other reviews confirm what I experienced. I did not get my food and they have tried to make it as difficult as possible to get my money back. The Staff was ignoring customers and the store looked as though it has never been cleaned yet it smelled like a wet mop. I waited 30 minutes for the orders I never received."
