Panera Bread

"I would give zero stars if I could. I just finished cleaning my vehicle because these idiots dont know how to pack a soup container. There was no cup holder in the bag( you can appreciate that in the pictures) for a family size chicken noodle soup, when i received it, the bag had some stains already. I left it in a perpendicular way on the front passenger seat didnt move while driving I live 2 minutes away from Panera. I parked in front of my home and grab the bag. The bag broke spilling all over the front seats the console and the carpet. I called right away to let them know what happened to my brand new vehicle and the kid on the phone just said "im sorry that happened to you not our responsibility call corporate." Now i will need to spend $200 dollars in a deep cleaning for my vehicle that I use for work. The Car smell like soup, i have wet seats and I wont be able to use it in a couple of days. Terrible custimer service they didnt even offer a replacement or a solution. Trashy stablishment with terrible customer service. I spoke with a manager call Danny."

"Eh... even though this location is closest to me, isn't my favorite. My husband's chicken sandwich was half filled with chicken. Didn't know that was part of the BOGO deal fine print. App says "we will let you know when your order is ready". None of the FOUR people told him that his order was the one sitting on the counter."

"Grabbed some lunch here with my wife and we enjoyed our visit. The bread bowl soup is such a great choice. We tried the new Chicken Tikka Masala Soup which was delicious! So much yummy bread."

"Panera bread, quality with good price. In this occasion, I asked for the Family meal, 4 half sandwiches, four soups and a big Greek salad. Everything was delicious, and it feels healthy. You can combine different sandwiches, salads, and soups. The place was very clean, they have self-service and options for blind people. The food was ready really quickly. The location is really convenient, close to the 55. This is a place to go and repeat, with different options to ask."
