"The stylist was open and ready at 8am on a Friday! This lady saved my social life and in like 20 mins straightened my hair. Blow out no wash was $30. Nice little plants in the front. Will definitely be coming back."

"I use to come here as a little girl but then management changed I recently started coming back because of their late opening. Sadly today will be my last time. They do hair well. But they’re very biased. I was told the last wash is at 3 because they close at 4. I arrived at 2:35. The shop is busy and she made a big deal about me wanting a deep condition. Which is crazy because the whole point is for hair care. She said i came too late for a deep condition. But then i see people who arrived AFTER 3 even at 4. Getting a wash and set after i was specifically told that 3 is the cut off. I did not like that and yes of course the women who arrived we’re hispanic and i’m african american. Didn’t appreciate that at all. It should be fair across the board and I should be able to have effective hair care. I will not be returning."

"Used to come here as a child and always loved it. Came back for the first time today and excited to do my hair. I called before hand and told them I want coloring trim and blow out (hair length to the shoulders) the lady said 90 when I got here she said 110 and claim I had said I wanted a touch up. When I nicely asked her why the difference tho they processed to blame me and rudely told me if I wanted to do it or not. That she already made the color(being black). I told her I didn’t want to start a problem and was simply asking for her to break down the prices. It’s not about the money it’s more so that I came to feel relax and renews and I don’t want negative vibes or energy while you are touching my hair. Regardless I stood and got it done but I will NEVER RETURN HERE EVER!"
