"I loved getting my hair done from here. My hair is very neat and I have really short hair I cut to a small Afro. They snatched up my hair and theres NO pain. I’m excited I came to this location 10 stars all around."
"Roaches on the floor, uses a handful of gel on a braid , brings child to work it’s not like a bad thing but the child keeps touching you and sitting on your lap, burns your hair sews your hair when you get stitch braids and for me the lady that did my hair was pulling the hell out of my hair and my braids still came out bulky and it also started to turn white."
"Know this place for years. First the mom then the daughter they both do great jobs on your hair. I recommend them."
"Worst braiding experience I've ever had. I asked for cornrows going straight back some big some small but symmetrical meaning if there's a big braid by my left ear the one by my right should look exactly the same. That's not what happened. She finished the left side and I asked her to please be more gentle. She turned me away from the mirror for the next two. I checked when she walked away and they were both crooked and looked nothing like the other braids. She redid them just to do the same crooked nonsense after ripping through my hairwith a small tooth comb. I guess she was determined tohurt me atthis point. I asked another customer if she thought it was crooked and she said yes. I asked another braider and she explained to the one braiding my hair. The whole time the girl is rolling her eyes while I'm trying to tell her it's crooked. I also noticed she left my hair at the nape of my neck out. Like how did she think these braids made sense? My head was so sore at that point I wanted to just leave. I paid (I shouldn't have) andleft. I'm currently atanother salon getting it redone.. I will never go back and I suggest you never do. What makes me angry is her rolling her eyes! Are you doing me a favor or am I paying you for a service! Trash experience!!!! Update: The new lady I went to redid my hair for half what the first salon charged me saying it looked so bad she couldn't let me walk around like that. Meanwhile I asked her to only redo two braids thinking I could thug out that trash first hairstyle. She said it was a hot mess and my scalp was radiating heat and it looked irritated. She took her time and was so gentle. What a sweetheart! I feel pretty again"
