"My husband and I took our 16 months boy to this location. It wasn't anything like the picture. Everything was old fashioned and it seem like the lady that cut my son's hair first time. She seem nervous and plus when my husband asked for a shape up she said I gave him a haircut. She was pleasant but I wouldn't go back to this location. No wonder we were told no appointment is needed to just walk in. We were the only one in the location."

"Janet was so much patient and friendly, probably the best experience we had so far with any hair dresser considering the kid is only 3 years old. Very professional, quick and it was done in 15 minutes. she also gave lollipop and a car toy in the end."

"HORRIBLE, I wish no stars was an option. Everything about the experience was HORRIBLE. The lady had no patience and she told me some kids scream and some are fine. They just need to get over it. She did nothing to help my son be at easy. The haircut was atrocious!!! Uneven some places longer than others. She actually was frustrated and said I can’t believe he has so much hair, every time I cut there is more hair to cut (my sons hair was not long, all he needed was a trim and style). I asked her not to use the clippers and she kept pushing them on my until I finally gave it because at that point my son was screaming and my heart was broken. And as my sons hair grows out it’s apparent just how bad she is at her job, how bad the haircut was and I hope This review changes their approach and they learn something. I thought this would be a great experience and instead I have had 1 month of look at my sons hair and wanting to break down and cry. I do not like to give negative reviews, but I would never what a mother to have to have the same experience I had."

"I've been taking my boys there since they were 18 months old. I dont really have a favorite stylist, because they are all great. The haircuts come out nice and they are really involved with the kids. The whole place is meant for kids and my boys love going in the "car chairs" while a cartoon is playing. Not to mention that they get a toy at the end. Cuts are about $25 per kid, but totally worth it"
