"Karen was wonderful to work with and helped me find my dream wedding dress! My experience wasn’t overwhelming at all (as I’ve heard it can be) and I enjoyed every part of it. I felt like I was able to take enough time in each dress to figure out what I liked/disliked. I also liked that the lighting in the room wasn’t stark/super bright and actually somewhat imitated venue lighting. I was able to see the dress in natural sunlight as well which really brought out the color and details. Every dress Karen selected was beautiful and she took the time to listen to the style I was looking for while also providing me with options that she thought I should try based on my requests. She was attentive and not pushy to make a decision right away which was super helpful and made me feel at ease. I ended up coming back the next day and they accommodated my last minute call to try on the dress once more before saying “yes!” I can’t thank Karen enough for making this once in a lifetime experience amazing :) highly recommend!"
