"Store is bright, neat and clean. A large selection of products range from good to top notce. Peaks ones interest in new sports. They also have fine clothing to add to experience. My issue is finding a human body to assist with questions or needs. When you do find a human, they say " it's not my department". I've actually had employee continue to socially converse while I waited. Phone inquiries are the same. I would rate this store much higher if CS were attentive, observant, and excited about their job. For shoppers, do your research, know about products your looking to purchase and be prepared before going into store. In the age of Amazon, Dicks needs to ramp it up to remain pertinant & in the green."
