The assistant store manager (Jamar or Jamal, I didn’t see the spelling!) was kind and extremely helpful, committed to resolving the problem and empathizing with the poor experience. Appreciate his diligence and warmth."

"This company is a scamming clients. They make it purposely impossible to return something purchased online during the holidays. Their customer service phone line don’t work. They have serious communication issues. When I went to store for returns they would only issue a store credit. I will never shop from this company again."

"I’ve been a fan of Ted Baker products, but the staff at this store were not professional. I walked in when there was no other customer in the store. I received no greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever to the point that I was feeling the awkwardness of the long silence. Then I heard the sales associate greet another customer who came a little after me. How strange. Also, the associate recommended a size by automatically assuming my size. I ended up fitting into a size larger than what he initially recommended. The only reason I bought something at this store today was purely due to the nice product, not due the service I received. Please work on the staff’s professionalism and on providing equal service to every customer, no matter what the race, gender, age, or appearance might be."

"Love Ted Baker, don't like one of the employees at this location. I have bought Ted Baker since I was in middle school so I know my size quite well by now. This one blonde sales rep told me I was too fat for the clothing while wearing it, talked down to me about how their sizing worked, and kept going when I was visibly upset. Loved the clothing enough to order it online, but will never visit that store again."

"The clothes are gorgeous, and staff members are friendly. I just wish that they'd carry some machine washable items! Also, tights in those gorgeous floral patterns would be an amazing addition to the options."
