"Very poorly managed. Everyone has an attitude. I was on line to make a return and saw a couple of associates just standing by the register doing nothing. I asked them if they can take my return and told me to go back on line. I waited on line for 15 minutes then I see other people approach the same cashiers and they were taken care of immediately. They really need better management"

"The store itself is amazing, affordable and cute clothes for my kids but the management is TERRIBLE. They treat their workers like trash, and also treat the customers like trash. I have witnessed a “manager” yell at their employee, embarrassing them in front of the whole store. How can you do that to teenagers doing their jobs? It is disgusting and I hope there is a change, because I personally do not want to shop in an environment like that."

"I would LOVE to give this location 5 stars, prices are great and products are cute however I was MORTIFIED by the way management treats their staff. I was asking a young employee if they had more sizes for a baby pj for my niece. I asked her to check in the back for another size please. A manager assumed the employee was going on break early and aggressively YELLED in this young lady's face in front of the whole second floor !! The young lady's face turned red from embarrassment. I felt horrible because I was the one who asked her to check in the back for me. I apologized to the employee afterwards and left the store. I cannot support mistreatment these young adults just trying to make money. Please train management better and stop mistreating the young adults. This is ridiculous."

"Lots of beautiful stuff for everyone with various styles. Best place for shopping we almost spend $50 to $70 all the time at primark but this store force me to spend $200"
