"I must say for the price of these clothes you would think they would have some customer service skills. I sent back an exchange almost 2 months ago and have not even had the courtesy of a response from customer service. At least 3 phone calls and over a dozen emails. Shouldn’t be this hard to make an exchange or return. Like the clothes but will never shop here again based on this experience. It’s a full time job just trying to reach anyone. To follow up- the customer service manager finally called me to apologize and was happy they tried to make things right."
"DO NOT GO HERE!. it is a terrible place. Rude staff. Me and my friends dropped around 1k here. The staff suck. One saw me come out in my old crappy jeans, thinking they were the ones i just tried on in their store, and said they look fantastic on me (lie). Their service was slow as if they had better things to talk about than serving customers. One pair i wanted to return the next day. The girl smirked and said that they didn't have to, They did NOT say it could not be returned when selling it to me. so i was stuck with a 200$ pair that do not fit right. I have shopped high end shops before, and this by far was the WORST! DO NOT GO HERE!"
