"Dr.Mijumbi is a great doctor. Today i called for a sick appointment and was told my kid isn’t a patient anymore. she hadn’t had her year wellness check but they never have SLOTS OPEN and she was supposedly scheduled for april and her husband apparently said she wasn’t so it’s sad to go since they have had her as a doctor since babies."

"My baby has been going here since he was born. I’ve made 90% of his appointments and any time I needed to cancel or reschedule, I left a voicemail in advance (they never check the voicemail). Dr. Olivia told us that we have 3 more no shows until they let my baby go from the practice, I called to cancel (work) for the last appointment and they let him go from the practice. Over the years the attitudes and whole place has gone down hill as well as manners. Wouldn’t recommend because there has been too many bad experiences."

"Do not recommend. Called for an appointment and immediately the receptionist sounded unprofessional, like straight from the Bronx, ghetto. Didn’t know what she was talking about. Then was put on hold to speak to some man, he was not pleasant person to speak with. Said my daughter was behind on her yearly examination and that should couldn’t get her school physical until her yearly examination done. Get this, they are booked until “sep”.. 3months out for her yearly examination so now her school physical is out of question… and to top it off they want to charge me to obtain my child’s shot records!?! going somewhere else.."
