"It was raining the day I went. To expedite the ordering process, they have an employee outside taking orders. I felt so sorry for her because of the rain and wind, the "canopy" she had to cover her was useless, so useless it blew away. I understand the reasons and the need for the outside order taker, especially at this busy location, but you have to protect your staff against the outside weather, whether it's hot, cold, snowing, or raining. Everyone I had come in contact with was very friendly, smiling, and pleasant."
"Ordered on app. Was told I could not pick it up at the drive-thru. Was told I had to go inside. First, they have no parking or handicapped entrance. Then they charged me $.50 for using the app. Biscuit was dry and just fell apart. Never again."

"Something about Bo’s always makes me stop by one. I wish they had more up north. Their Cajun filet biscuit hits different. Perfect amount of seasoning and never dry. Bo tots always hit the spot. So much better than their other potato products imo. My only issue is they don’t make Bo sauce anymore. I hope they make more again."
