"Caring, personable family garage-personable, honest…the best experience you’ll ever have at a garage. They fit me in prior to Holiday traveling and were excellent."
"They found the issue with the engine light, ordered the part and repaired it. I didn't have to come back another day. I am sure their cost was less than going to a dealership that wanted me to make two appointments and have to wait 2 weeks or more to repair it."
"A small family shop that was very personable and friendly. I needed an inspection in a limited time frame and they were kind enough to work me in. They also have experience with rotary engines, which is a huge bonus in my book!"
"Has to be one of the friendliest auto shops I've ever been to. They have good equipment and are knowledgeable."
"I took my car in for a vehicle inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. At 9AM they call me back and say the front end need an alignment, so I say go ahead I knew it needed it anyway. I go to pick up my car at 4:30 and it won't start, they left the headlights on all day and killed my battery. They refused to take responsibility and tried to blame it on having to keep the brakes pressed down during the alignment, then when I questioned them on it they tried to tell me they just pulled my car up and the lights couldn't have been on for more than 10 minutes. A total lie, the battery was DEAD with the headlight knob CLEARLY left in the on position and the warning alarm blaring. So they jump started my car and told me to drive around to charge the battery up. They made no attempt to fully charge my battery and never even apologized. After two days of trying to charge my battery it turns out they damaged a cell in my battery by leaving the lights on and it would no longer hold more than 10 volts. Ended up costing me another $330 for a new battery and installation at a different shop. This place came highly recommended from a friend, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst friend. I could have lived with them admitting they made a mistake and apologizing, but denying and lying about it is a pretty terrible business practice."
