"I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. Waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes, they repeated my order to me at the speaker so I know they heard me. When I get the the window the only thing they said I ordered was a large coke. They completely forgot my food, and now at this point I was already late for work so I got up extra early to have time to get breakfast, set in line until I was late for work, just to get a large coke. Thanks."

The name on the receipt always says dynasty. This location is a 1/2 mile from my house and there's times my wife goes to the other location 5mi away because she don't want to deal with the rudeness"

"Y’all really having customers pay nearly $4 for a joke of a milkshake. Staff was rude and immediately walked away after handing this to me. They knew they were wrong. To make matters worse I was the only customer in the drive thru (dining room still closed). Don’t even have the excuse of being busy to cut a corner this bad."
