McDonald's 1703 North Sandhills Boulevard, Aberdeen, NC 28315

"I went to McDonald's in Aberdeen today February 11 and ordered a large sweet tea with lemon. When I got my drink realized right away that it tasted watered-down. I went back through the drive through and was told to go back to the serving window. I explained to the young man that originally gave me my tea that I didn't like the taste and explained that it tasted watered-down. I sim0ly stated that I would rather just exchange it for a Coke. The young man asked if I thought the taste was off because it had ice in it. Of course, I replied "I don't know, please let me have a Coke instead. Rather than making the exchange the young man spoke to another person and it appeared that additional tea or something was added to my cup. So rather than exchanging my tea for a Coke, they added something else to my drink and handed it back to me. He said that he thought that would tadte better! How could I possibly know what had been added to my drink! I called to speak to a manager and the telephone was hung up at 5:09 pm. I am not done with this experience. I expect some answers. D. "Just left the drive-thru. And you got me again... I asked which sandwich is the buy one get one for $1 is good for. You said all of them. I said okay let me get a Big Mac You said two of them I said yes ma'am. I need to filet of fish You said two of them? I say yes ma'am and I got two six piece and a Sunday. Paid my money should have taken the receipt... So here I am at the gas station getting ready to work on some of these chicken nuggets and I have one Big Mac and I have one filet of fish. I'm sure that you have $2 a mine but I'm not driving back up town because you can't figure out how to put two on the order screen. This is why I don't like eating out. Because you guys can never get it right!"

"Went last week. Doors were locked, so we had to get in the long line that only had one lane open. Wasn't happy meals with the Halloween buckets, which they had signs all over for, but sit in line to find out they don't have those anymore. Real nice"

"Food was good. Would have been better if I didn't have to drive all the way back to get my order right. Guess they are desperately hiring people even w/o knowing how to read."
