"This restaurant clearly ran out of American cheese and added shredded instead. Which isnt a bad idea, however. They didnt tell me. and as. a customer, i deserve to know what i am consuming. I tried to call and no answer. I would like a manager to respond appropriately."

"I came through the drive thru and there was a short haired lady with glasses with rude service she rushed my order the whole time I was trying to tell her my order then when I got to the window she slung the window open with no words I said hey how are you and she just stood there . Took my money then slammed the window shut . Got the order wrong after I said 3 times what I did not want and was Overall rude .. Online it says they close at 2 it was 12 something a.m and they was closing . I was confused . Wasn’t wearing the name tag or didn’t give me a receipt so I didn’t get a name .. the lady and male after her was pleasant and very helpful."

"I very rarely post anything but a 5 because I too work in customer service. I waited for entirely too long in the drive thru waiting for my order only to be informed (for the first time) at the window that they do not take cards; but to go inside and pay to which I said sure that’s no problem we all have mechanical and technological issues. No worries. I went inside and kindly explained to the associate I was asked to come in to pay because I wasn’t informed it was cash only at that terminal, during which time I suppose the associate who had taken my order took it upon herself to inform me ‘nah uh I told you it was cash only, but if I didn’t… whatever’. I was also informed they would have to re-take and re-make my order. Glancing at my watch I frankly didn’t have time to wait. So I’m back at work. With no meal. And frustrated. Y’all need to get your act together for the next customer."

"Went to the drive thru, lady announces they only take cash (no problem) but then says she only takes exact change as well, we thought about it and we were just going to “donate” the rest of our change. So we wait, and wait, and wait….we were on our way to travel to family for thanksgiving out of town and this was supposed to be dinner on our way there, but she took so long we had to just leave with empty stomachs. We even tried saying “hello, we have cash and we r ready” and we just got no reply. I’d rather get a reply saying to wait. It’s just inconsiderate to say nothing at all. Also, like others have stated before, the doors were locked to get inside. All of this is just a NO! Avoid at all costs. I recommend either new management or new staff. Whichever the problem one is."

"Not a good day it seems. Ordered using the app. We get food delivered No sauces with our the three orders of nuggets. There's supposed to be 6 nuggets each. So how come we all got 5? Short one fry . No doubles sent. Supposed to be 2. Theyare on a diet it seems. They are both singles. You sent enough burgers. Just not accurate. I verified before sending. 2dbls, 3singles. Got 5 singles. Thanks for that. Food is cold when it gets here? Your 5 minutes away. No excuse for that. It went out cold. Will be a while before I order another anything from you."
