"I have lived in 5 different states and have traveled all over the country. This Starbucks is the worse I have ever been to. I have given it multiple tries hoping the barista was having a bad day. Nope that’s not it. Today was the last time. Every time I go to the Starbucks in Rockingham my coffee is PERFECT. So I’ll continue to drive 30 minutes to get my coffee."

"Overall, I've had good experiences at this location when using the app. However, the communication between employees and the customer service could use some work. I went in yesterday on my birthday and was confused by the free drink on my phone as it said it expired today (July 11th) and I wanted to order today instead of yesterday. I was told by an employee (dark curly hair) that I should be able to use it the next day and he even took my name down and said he would leave a note so the staff today would know I asked about it previously. Well, when I went in to redeem it today and found it had disappeared off my app as I feared, there was 0 helpfulness at the counter by a different barista (tall, slender guy with a higher-registered voice). I 100% get not wanting people to take advantage of the free drink ONCE a year but to not even offer to check if the note was left and just say "sorry it was for yesterday only" and not offer anything, especially because of the ambiguity of the app, is terrible and honestly took this location down several notches in my view. I also got the impression that he sorta thought I was dumb for not getting it the previous day. I even tried to be proactive but NOTHING which I suppose I should've expected from a billion dollar corporation...."

"The drinks are on par w Starbucks quality. The biggest issue is its horrible location. The drive thru line often snakes out of its tiny allotted area into the street between this shopping area and the one next door, blocking traffic flow. So even if you're not visiting this Starbucks you can be affected by the drive thru line. I usually mobile order for this location and walk over from tj maxx, although there is often a line for mobile pick up as well. Would not recommend this location if you're in a hurry or on the brink of road rage."
