"I am only giving a star for the amazing Dr. Tina Bullen, sweet nurses, and helpful billing staff. We'd been coming to this practice for a little over a year. Unfortunately, my child had been sick for a week and a half with a severe viral infection and the only doctor available was Dr. Broome. Long story short, he was inept at understanding the severity of my child's illness although I had provided plenty of context about his dramatic weight loss and excessive symptoms that warranted a blood test. He refused to test for these symptoms or treat saying that "their body will fight it off itself"--My child lost 2 lbs in one week and not improving and this was his treatment plan. We had even called after our appointment to the point of begging for Dr. Broome to send in a blood test but he said to wait until next week to see if the symptoms improve. A few days later this lack of treatment or testing landed our child at the Children's hospital for an entire week to treat dehydration and severe enteritis from multiple viral infections. Had Dr. Broome tested my child for dehydration or loss of nutrients from the symptoms he was having, offered support, or advocated for their health, we would have never ended up in the hospital and suffered for these additional days without proper treatment. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this practice as it seems they have allowed a doctor who is unable to care for his patients in a proactive manner to be part of their practice. We've raised this issue with the corporate offices to no avail and thought to share this with prospective patients to be weary when selecting Dr. Broome as their pediatrician."

"Awful! I don’t know about the Dr,, we never got a chance to meet, but this receptionist lady they have with an accent it horrible at her job! First I can hardly understand what she’s saying, second, this whole situation… we are trying to get a new pediatrician for my kids, about three weeks ago I called and tried setting it all up, I filled out all the papers, and medical release form, I called our previous pediatrician and I asked them if they sent it, they told me they sent it and they see the confirmation that it’s been received, we made sure the fax number it right and it was. So I call back Shultz and this same lady says they didn’t receive anything. I I’m not sure what was happening on that call, like I says I can’t understand half of the stuff she’s saying, but what it sounded to me like she found them and proceeded to schedule an appointment for my kids. So almost three weeks later I call to change an appointment and this same lady answers the phone and says my kids don’t have appointment, they don’t have my kids records, I explained to her again that it was faxed to them. Then she says - “I’m not supposed schedule an appointment before we have their records but we’ll go ahead and schedule it for next week, you just call them and tell them to send it in the mail”…. And then she hung up on me… I have no idea what’s going on with this place is your call center in India? But I’m not fighting to get through anymore and dealing with this useless receptionist again. I’ll find someone else for my kids."

Dr Shults and her staff were so friendly and welcoming. Felisha at the front desk was so sweet. And our nurse was wonderful (I can't remember her name). Dr Shults was incredible and answered all of our many questions and was so great at explaining everything to us. If you're in need of a pediatrician, look no further... Dr Shults and her staff are the best."
