"I read some of the reviews from 6 months to last year and im sorry to say to the previous reviewers but Mehak still hasnt changed. Their employees still gossip and backbite abt their customers, make fun of them while working on them and really think we don’t understand hindi when we actually understand every single word. My mom went to them twice and now has stopped going there. I went there 3 times and had the most terrible experiences. Lotus beauty parlour next to them is even better than them in my opinion. They always ALWAYS ask for tips even when i tell them i dont have any on me. Their environment isnt welcoming at all and they just rush thru their work to just get the money not caring abt how the customer felt. I am never going to them ever again and i ask anyone else to give other BETTER places a try than Mehak because trust me, Mehak isnt worth ur money or time."

"A week ago I came here for a haircut and blow out. This was my second time coming to this salon for hair services. The first time was in April and I received amazing service by a woman who informed me she was from Morocco and did a fantastic job. A week ago however was a completely different story. This time it was the other hair stylist who was in charge of my hair. I was hoping the previous woman would be available to do my hair because I have very long, thick and curly hair and I trusted her with it. However, she was occupied and I didn’t think anything of it because my hair turned out the way I wanted it to last time. The lady who did my hair was incredibly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She tried cutting my hair while it was dry and I repeatedly asked her not to and to wait until we washed it. Once again, my hair is extremely thick and curly and I did not want to take any risks. She didn’t listen until the 4th or 5th time, I should’ve gone after the first time she didn’t listen. And even after she finally gave up on trying to cut my hair while it was dry, she had an attitude. After she washed it and was in the middle of blow drying my hair, she was informing the woman behind the counter what to charge me for. While my hair was flipped over my face, she checked to see if I was looking and made a comment about me. Once everything was finally over and I payed, I was waiting for my ride. She thought I was gone and immediately tried gossiping about me until she turned around and saw me sitting. She tried laughing it off saying she was merely talking about my hair but based off her expression and tone, I’m more than aware that isn’t the case. My hair itself turned out great but I will not be returning due to the unprofessionalism."

"Highly unprofessional people. Asked for light brown hair color instead got a dark black. Too many ladies to work there but they don't have enough chairs for the customers. Moved me from my chair for a crazy lady who came for some updo. She started to act funny not knowing how disrespectful she is to the other person. She cleaned her chair herself saying that she is cleaning germs like the person before was extremely dirty. Agree that chair has to be cleaned before swapping specially when the other person is having hair color but she didn't have to act like that and the other ladies laughed with her. I guess they were friends with her. Aren't professionals supposed to clean the chair anyway before making other person sit there? They made me sit from one place to another in the middle of hair color and after wash they didn't have proper place to use a hair dryer. I am never going to this place again."

"Souad she’s so kind! She was very patient with me and made sure I was okay. She explained how to maintain my style and gave me tips on how to take better care of my hair. Would definitely recommend coming to this salon Thank you Souad for the wonderful job you did with my highlights and blow drying my hair. very satisfied"
