"I usually don’t write a review but what I’ve experienced today was the worse customer service and my hair was done terrible. There was no life or bounce to my hair. My hair was greasy. She kept insisting that my hair was natural when I explained to her it wasn’t she didn’t know the difference between new growth and natural hair. She seemed as if she didn’t want to do my hair. I would not recommend this salon. I should’ve trust my instincts when it was empty on a Saturday morning to just keep it moving to another salon. Waste of money and time. Very disappointed"
