"Horrible service they do your hair like THEY want! And my net to wrap my hair went missing after the second lady went in my bag. NEVER GO THERE! THEY ARE CHEAP BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!"
"Cut my hair really well! My hair before was a hot mess. Uneven and bushy all over. But the hairdresser skillfully salvaged it"
"Today was 2yrs since I visited the salon with my sisters Carol and Heidi. Heidi has since passed away. We came there bc my sisters hair was falling out due to chemo. So we all came in and cut our hair that day. Ten inches was cut from my head. Anyway, this is a great salon and I'm satisfied everytime igo and you should too. Love you ladies. Sharon"
"They are terrible! This review is specifically for Black women or women of color with a curl pattern. They DO NOT practice haircare nor do they understand Black hair! They use excessive heat, will argue you about how you want your hair and the products you want and they have NO understanding of time! They talk as the day is long! Years ago this place provided great hair service along with good customer service but they’re just about the money. After 10 years of visiting them on and off, I will NEVER go back. Don’t do it unless you want your natural curl pattern to be damaged or if you want your hair to fall out. Oh and now they price gauge depending on how “hard” they find your hair to be. Absolute trash. One more thing! Do NOT let the lady whose chair sits in the middle (she has thin hair) of the salon do you hair. She will kill it will excessive heat and flat ironing is nonstop. Every hair she’s ever touched looks dry, no volume, body or shine. Just don’t go there ever!"
"I will definitely not be going to back to this place. The experience was traumatic! I asked for a hair coloring and they bleached my hair 3 times. I wanted to balayage with the color blonde but keep my roots my natural hair color: black. However they bleached my entire head and made me completely blonde because it was easier for them. At one point the hairdresser went to talk to a friend that came in and left me under the dryer 20 min after the timer was done. At the end when my hair was getting blow dried, they offered to trim my hair for free, I said okay. Little did I know they would be cutting off at least 2 inches of my hair. When I came in my hair reached an inch blow my shoulders and now after the “trim” it reaches about an inch above my shoulder. She gave me a whole haircut nearly a mullet when I didn’t ask. This was my first time at this studio and needless to say my last!"
