"Wife walked in for her first...and last..appointment. Immediately when she walked in...rude hairsytlist told her that she needed to have her hair colored . For the record...my wife was well aware...and was waiting to get it cut...didnt need that to be the first thing slung at her. Then she showed the hairstylist a picture of her last cut(from someone else)..and the cutter told her that she could replicate...no problem. She finished the cut...she BUTCHERED my wife's hair....and when my wife told her how horrible her cut was, her response was " well this looks better than the cut you asked for.......and you will be happy with this in 2 weeks"....Did you FREAKING EVER ???????? Rude greeting.....horrible cut...and then lame answer when told the cut was awful. Warning to all....STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!"
