"I went to this beauty salon in July. The lady's name is Feroza and I don't know what her name was exactly, but she is tall, had blonde hair, and Russian. I asked for a hair highlight and she completely destroyed my hair. When I came I told her to not cut my hair short like she did last time then she got mad and aggressively threw the brush on the table with such horrible attitude and it was the worst customer service experience I ever had. She even said the most pathetic words to me that I should not ever come to the salon because she said that she has plenty of customers and that I was not needed. I was also overcharged $250 and she did not bother taking the money from my hand and called her manager. If I could give this a 0 star I would with this horrible experience. She was very rude."
