"Let me start by saying THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD! I have absolutely no complaints on the customer service at all, nice lovely ladies! But my only problem was I came in to get a Wash&Blow Simone did my hair *in which she did a great job* THE PROBLEM WAS! She blow dried my hair with the blow dryer that has the comb attached, my hair is thick and full so once she was done it was still very fluffy & puffy. So she asked if I wanted it in a ponytail and I was like wait, you’re done? A little confused because I’ve always known Wash&Blows to come out straight because they use the powerful blow dryers with the brushes *Dominican salons* Then they still flat iron it after. So I asked if she was going to flat iron it she said yes.. NEVER MENTIONED AT ANY POINT THAT WAS NOW ANOTHER SERVICE WHICH WAS CALLED “PRESSED”. By the end of her finishing I said how much do I owe you, she said $70. I’VE NEVER PAID $70 for a wash&blow the price normally goes by length and texture NOT if you’re gonna flat iron after blow drying SINCE THAT COMES TOGETHER. That’s when I was told it’s because you got a separate service flat iron is more, smh again good customer service but I will stick to the Dominicans on the wash&blows."
