"I called on Wednesday to come in for blonde highlights but the women on the phone said to come in Thursday instead because Nube would be there to do blonde highlights. I said okay and came on Thursday morning. Nube was there but she didn't do my hair at all, the women from the phone call did. During the process my hair looked more ashy gray and I got worried but she said it would be blonde. By the end my hair was blonde highlights. THREE DAYS LATER, I washed my hair for the first time since coloring it and all the blonde WASHED OUT. My hair looks ashy gray. A complete waste of $200. I was there from 10:30am to 4pm and she kept stopping from doing my hair to do other people despite me making an appointment. Please use your money somewhere else."

"I went there to get my hair colored and I picked a nice golden light brown and she ended up giving me basketball orange hair and then her and her employee were laughing and saying stuff in Spanish ( I don’t speak Spanish btw) about it and she could tell she messed up the color and instead of trying to fix it she goes “oh you have a lot of courage to do this” how rude. Like you messed up and instead you make me feel like I wanted this ugly orange hair. Never ever going there and would never recommend anyone especially anyone that doesn’t speak Spanish to go there"

"I have 17 years going to Nube’s hair salon and have no complaints she always uses the best products and affordable prices! I’ve done just about everything to my hair from hair extensions to highlights. If she tells me no Ana you can’t do that to your hair I respect her cause she knows what she is doing, I go to her with my eyes clothe! She’s the best and her sister Jessica is awesome also!"
