"The photos explain themselves. She did the right eyebrow first came out great. Exactly how I like it. So essentially she could see what she just did and do it on my left eyebrow (mirror it) NOPE. Takes off so much eyebrow looks like I have a step up and you can see in that spot it’s white because there’s normally hair there! Sun hasn’t hit that spot. This is the 2nd time this happens. They are hit and miss. Im going on vacation so the idea was to do them and not worry about them. Instead now I have to worry about filling in my eyebrows and looking goofy. I will not be going back there."

"This place is horrible. If I could give them no star, I would. They did not maintain serial. Whoever they think "hard to make them wait". they do them first. And why I am rating them so low is, A girl named Happy waxed my chin, and my skin came off. Okay.. I said this could be happen. But but but.. on next month same thing happened with me when they waxed my brow. SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR QUALITY. But since it's Jamaica ave, they will get customer anyway. So they don't care about the quality."

"Worst Facial I ever took in my life. Environment r just like fish market. 2/3 Working ladies talk to much in their own Hindi language, it was less than 15minutes facial but they charge $35 for no reason. In the middle of my facial they did another customer Eyebrow’s & all that. Just waste of money & time, no relaxing at all. If possible I would like to give them zero star. Gold facial my foot, they don’t know how to clean face at all."
