"WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Guy behind desk is extremely unprofessional and rude. Got my brows/lashes done. At the time of checkout I was instructed to pay w/Zelle as they don’t have a card machine. The lady that attended me headed downstairs to help another patron, as I was checking out. Once payment was sent, I showed the guy at the front desk the completed Zelle transaction receipt. He looked at a phone and followed by saying he did not receive the payment. At this point I start showing him *AGAIN* the Zelle transaction receipt, as well as log into my bank app to show them it has been withdrawn completely (not pending). At this point the guy gets up and stands behind me as if I’m going to run out. He becomes extremely aggressive about me not leaving. At this point I ask him to please go get the lady who I worked with (which appears to be the owner), he refuses to do so, and continues to yell and say I have to send payment a second time. He then starts to question me about a bag of food that he had sitting next to MY purse on a chair, only to then realize the bag was on the counter behind him. Even after that blatant accusation, he never apologized for making that assumption. The lady that did my services eventually came up and said it wasn’t a problem as sometimes her payments take time to process. Nonetheless I’m super disappointed and hurt to have experienced this at a business I had planned to frequent. Please do better, the undertone of prejudice leaked out during this interaction."

Boredom Free:

"Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I went there for a haircut and she totally ruined my hair. Though the stylist was well-behaved, but the owner was too much RUDE and Annoying. They made my whole hair wet before cutting it( Like soaking wet) and when after the disastrous haircut was done, I asked her to dry my hair. But the owner was so rude that she started screaming saying it'll waste their electricity and other bills. But the fact is, it was them who made my hair soaking wet while cutting it unprofessionally. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN AND I Would never recommend anyone to go there.❌️"
