"I’ve never had an issue with this salon until I came in to dye my hair ginger. She reassured me she was able to get it done. As she started doing my hair, the first red flag was when she bleached my hair twice. My scalp felt like it was on fire. It was very painful. The color she dyed my hair was not the color I asked for. I showed her a picture of a dark ginger and she gave me a bright orange. I had also asked for a long layers haircut and I did not get that. I was very upset with how my haircut came out. The next few days after my appointment, I noticed my scalp VERY dry. My scalp was flaking in chunks. This was happening for two weeks. I informed her of my unsatisfactory and all she said was “it’s normal” when clearly it’s not. I’ve had my hair dyed multiple times and this has never happened to me. She then proceeded to offer an oil treatment but wanted to charge me $200!!! Why are you charging me for a service after you messed up? Overall I was not happy with this service. My hair is damaged."
