"This establishment take appointments but truly doesn’t go by appointments. I had a 10:30am “appointment” and wasn’t seen until 11:00am. When I was taken to the wax room I was beyond shocked! DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY! They had vaginal wax along with wax gel for eyebrows. To top it off they use “ plastic spoons” to apply the gel to your private area. I looked around, my skin started to scratch so I walked out. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!"

"My eyebrows haven’t been done this well in a looong time! This is my new go to threading shop for sure. They are professional and tend to customers quickly. Used to go to a shop in yonkers that didn’t get the shape right & it hurt alot more. But the younger lady in the middle chair here did a neat and painless brow thread and underarm wax!"

"The salon closes at 7:30, I was there by 6:45 hoping for a quick eyebrow thread. Door was locked and the employee turned me away saying that she already has another customer waiting and she needs to go home afterwards. If that’s the case I advise changing the hours online so no one has to make their way over there only to be refused service. Extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere."

"As much as i liked this place before, I am dissatisfied in their way of fairness when it comes to a service, they will make you wait dead last for a brazilian if there are more clients that want eyebrows! Clients should be serviced in the order they walk in not because you want to do a quicker service first, and to think that I always tipped yet got treated like I wasn’t a priority ! yesterday they had me wait 30 min in a chair which I was ok with because it was busy but to then add another 15 in the room just for me to walk out impatiently and see now the second woman whom was in the room at first was now doing brows before my service as I was waiting with no update or communication."
