"This is my second visit but my first time getting teeth cleaned at this dentist office. I wanted to like this place but unsatisfied and agitated from my experience today. I came in at 10:45 am and had waited about an 1 hour (super annoyed) before actually getting the service. Around 11:45 am, the dentist began taking x-ray, which I didn't understand why he was doing that as I came in for cleaning. it would have been nice to know why x-ray was taken but I concluded that he was checking for cavity when the dentist referred to it at the end. After x-ray was taken, some more waiting and by 12:05pm I had to let the assistant know i need to get back at 12:45 PM and can reschedule if needed. Soon after (12:06pm), the dentist comes over to do the fastest cleaning ever (probably 5- 10). I am not sure if the cleaning was through but I appreciate that he made accommodation so I can get finished. I just don't like it was at the expense of the very possibility of minimal or mediocre cleaning. from my perspective, this could have been avoided if there wasn't an exorbitant waiting time. if you have all day, don't mind waiting then this is probably good place. for me, it's not."

"Although his technical skills seem to be good, his office is dirty. He needs to improve the overall hygiene of the office and assistants. The office is not automated, no computers. Given that he takes just about evey insurance in the planet, his cleanings take literally 5 minutes---no joke--I timed them.,"
