"One star for a clean office. Dr Bogen and receptionist are both dishonest and unethical. DDS told me my gums were inflamed and gave me a rinse to use and come back in 2 weeks. Two weeks later was told my cleaning had to be preapproved. After 2 months of being jerked around I went to another DDS who said my gums were fine and the pimple on my gum was an abscess not irritation as Dr Bogen said.Do yourself a favor and avoid the aggravation."

"I tried to make an appointment here recently. Last week I went there in person to check the office out. Being that it would be my first visit. The secretary/customer service agent was very standoffish. She made me wait to make an appointment due to a supposedly computer problem. So, I left after I got a business card. I called back today to finally make an appointment. She had me on hold for 10 minutes! Then when she came back on the line I asked to make an appointment. She asked for my insurance information. When I gave it to her she tried to tell me that I had to be assigned to that office. That's not how my plan works. She wouldn't listen though. She's very arrogant & thinks she knows more than I do about my own insurance plan. I would give 0 stars if I could."

"It's a small place with just one dentist. The receptionist was nice and Doctor was straight forward. My insurance covers two free visits to the dentist. The first appointment I told him I was having sensitivity in my teeth, he took an X-ray and said everything looks normal and have me a mouth wash and said to come back for cleaning. When I went back for my second visit I had a very painful cleaning which just made my teeth more sensitive. Take your business and teeth elsewhere."
