"Dr. Noyes, is without a doubt in my opinion the best of the best as a dr. as well as a surgeon. Also, Dr. Noyes has a great personality and is very caring and shows concerns with his patients . We are all blessed in todays world to have him in the medical community. Most doctors now days care less about their patients and show very little care and concern for them. Also, his main Nurse Tammy is one of the best as well and is a great person with a awsum personality! Very much about her job but yet very kind and friendly and shows care and concern as well.
