"I like my doctor and have no complaints with him, however; the staff (Jill) as well as the practice manager, have trouble responding to patients promptly...took two weeks to get a call back about a script and another week for the pharmacist to receive the request. There are discrepancies in what they tell you and each staff member eelays a different answer to the same question. I would avoid if I had it to do over again"

"Husband was treated for infection.After finishing ant-biotuc , exam showed infection cleared. About a week and a half later, sane syntoms returned. I called the office in Friday morning and was told I woulde called back. An hour later, no call. The office was closed for the weekend. My husband had undergone a triple bypass the previous month and was already under enough stress. Now we would have to wait from Friday to Monday to have his probkem addressed. This,on too of his weakened state was very concerning and need not have happened if I had gotten the call back in the morning"
