"Do yourself a favor and do NOT go see this doctor. Deholl has NO bedside manner at all. He stands during your entire visit and even stands at the door with his hand on the door handle ready to go. He doesn't carry in a computer or paper chart or pull up your chart on the in room computer. He performed surgery on me and was suppose to go in and "grab" my kidney stone in a basket and remove it. He stated when he went to grab it in broke away and then he couldn't see it for the blood. He assured me it was broken up into small enough pieces to pass. Well, I was WORSE OFF after the surgery than before. I called and messaged the office several times explaining this and they kept brushing me off saying I was just healing. I finally had to go see my primary care doctor who sent me for another CT and they discovered I still had the stone TOO BIG too pass. It was basically still the same size as it was before the surgery. Deholl never called my loved one after my surgery to update or come to post op to check on me either. I changed Urologists and had to have a second surgery where they found the stone and confirmed it was still too big to pass. My second surgery was a success preformed by a different doctor. I went through so much and Deholl nor his office didn't care about the pain and suffering I endured that was completely unnecessary. Deholl almost didn't even come in to pre op to see me before the surgery until a RN asked me if he had come in and I had told them no. When I went into his office after the surgery to have the stent removed, a CNA removed it. Not a RN or Dr. He wasn't even going to come and see me then until the CNA told him he needed to. What a joke this place/Dr. was."
