"I will never come back again. I’ve been here several times and had a bad pedicure more times than a good one. I always pay extra for gel polish and it comes off every time. This time it came off of one of my toes within 3 hours of being done. The rest of my toes look as if they are one week grown out. I came back the following morning to have them fixed. Time on the door and online says 11am. I get there at 10:50 and there is a wait. After waiting 50 minutes and being blamed for the polish coming off, 4 people being taken ahead of me and then being told the girl who did my pedicure is off today and she’s the one who should fix it, I finally walked out. I spent $180 on two pedicures and $20 for a tip. And now I have to go on vacation with only 9 toes painted. Very bad business and very disappointing."

"Wonderful first time visit. The lady I had took excellent care of my nails and took her time to make them look exactly how I wanted. The place and atmosphere was nice. I was made aware of the price of my nails before she started as well."

"I’m not sure what happened to this place, but I will no longer be returning or recommending anyone here. I was here last in July and they did a great job. Today.. not so much. At a quick glance the nails don’t look terrible, but many of the nails weren’t straight and they were not filed correctly. They didn’t trim around the cuticles and every single one of my cuticles are cut. They left acrylic on my skin. I ended up going to a different salon to have them corrected because when I returned and explain I wasn’t happy with the results, they told me I’d have to pay an additional $65 to have them redone. Thankfully the other salon was able to fix them and were shocked they’d even let me walk out like I did!"

"I made an appointment a couple weeks ahead of time to get a gel French tip mani-pedi as part of my sister's wedding party. I was very happy with the work done by my nail artist. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. I had a better experience getting my nails done here than my sister had at Kalu on the boulevard where she was charged more for the same services."
