"A great salon if you like to be ignored, talked over, and subtly criticized. Not for those looking for a relaxing experience. Jennifer can’t seem to help herself from complaining about the same things every appointment, she is never positive or happy and is exhausting to be around. She makes inappropriate comments and forces her beliefs down your throat and if you don’t agree with everything she says and does she refuses to see you as a client. I have never experienced such an unprofessional person in my life."
