"Kaitlyn did my haircut and style. She is absolutely amazing and has a natural talent for hair! Men or women's. I have really heavy hair and it's usually impossible to get it to do what I want. She nailed exactly what I wanted, and gave me a few tips to help me out when I am at home for styling. That's great customer service! Her professional techniques, appearance, and skills are beyond expectations. Totally worth it! I will 100% come again and again. I love my hair. "

"This place is ridiculous. First I called and asked if there was someone who could do a COLOR CORRECTION and cut. They said yes. I set up the appt. Went in. Told the lady what I wanted and the first thing she said was "I'm not taking out the color" she said she wasn't qualified and I could come back tomorrow, and I probably would have if it wasn't my son's birthday. But they didn't listen to me on the phone at all, and were rude to me. I'm not sure how they even have 4 stars lol. They've screwed up my hair before, I was trying to give them another chance...HA nope. Double triple check what you want done with the old receptionist first and make sure she can HEAR you lol. Would NOT recommended."

"Went for cut and color and my first experience was not good. Called the manager whom offered for me to see another stylist and have a consultation. I went to see Katie who helped me pick a color I liked and she said she could do on my hair. I came back about a week later and Katie dyed my hair from a color blend she made based on what I said I preferred and it came out fantastic! Sometimes things turn out the way they should. Katie is a fantastic stylist and she knows about her colors. Book your appts with Katie."
