"Overall not good experience Disappointing Color and hair cut could not be done what I wanted. Not friendly who I met Wanted to be lighter hair color but it turned out dark, she didn’t even color the top of my hair which is black as it is. I guess we miscommunicated. I just didn’t like how she suggested me was like it was my fault how I made a reservation. While she cuts my hair, she almost cuts my ear, but there was no apology. How they treat their customers, it should not be like that. Came back to redo/highlight color, then paid for full of a bill again. But I guess that’s okay. She was nice, thanks so much."
