"It's a good salon. It's very clean, beautifully decorated, and hygienic. The stylist made coffee and brought it to me while I waited for my hair to bleach. I felt very spoiled. The experience itself is much better than other salons. The hairstyle turned out good. There are a few things I would change in hindsight, but I didn't know exactly what I wanted going in, so the stylist had to improvise. Overall it's a good salon, I will probably come here again."

"UPDATE 2: The hair wash station was comfortable this time! Also, be aware there are a couple flights of stairs. UPDATE: Went again and still a great experience. Tried to get comfy at hair washing and still wasnt the best. May need a cushion or another towel. They are still my preferred hair salon! PREVIOUS: Overall great service. I havent been to a salon in years! Had a consult and the stylist came up with some great tips for my hair. Any questions I had were answered. Then the cut was great. I have not had a better hair cut. It has been months and I still love the cut!!! My only complaint was the hair washing station. My head hurt a couple days after due to the head rest. I think I needed to scoot down some more or something. Will make sure next time I am comfy before they wash! Will go to again for sure. I've had so many compliments since my haircut. Will update to 5 stars on my next attempt with the wash station. :)"

"First time at Tonic. I had Kelly, she was very sweet and patient with helping me on my partial highlight and cut. She suggested the toner and glaze after my highlights were done. It was a wonderful idea for me to be able to have more time in-between my appointments. She did a fantastic job with my layers and cut. My hair takes quite a while with how thick it is, but with the pleasant ambiance and fun music, I really enjoyed being at the salon with its rustic hip vibe."
