"My dogs and I love this dog wash! Whether we're coming from the muddy fields or swimming in ocean, this location is convenient for a quick wash. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and a dryer! It's very spacious so if you have multiple dogs, it allows them to move around the fenced in area freely while you rotate them through the tub. Check em out!"

"Took my three dogs in today. The floor was disgusting with dog hair everywhere. The water was cold. My frenchie was shaking and The floor was very slippery . Not impressed at all. Won’t be going back. TO OWNERS: Thank you for responding to my review, however I do not want the free washes nor a refund. We have taken our dogs to several of these washes and never had a problem before. We went to yours thinking it would be great because it is inside. Well as a customer here are some suggestions. While 90degrees is ok for big dogs at this time of year it isn’t for small dogs. I had to watch mine shivering as I finished getting the soap off, then had to put a towel around her. During the cold months I suggest you turn the water up some. Also there is no ventilation in there which causes it to have that wet dog smell. Not good and I suggest someone put something on your floor as when it gets wet it is slippery not only for the dogs but for the owners. It’s an accident waiting to happen. What you have is a great concept but feel you need some adjustments. This is coming from a customer so you can use the suggestions or ignore them. It’s just to help your business. Good luck."
